  • As the Head of Brand & Marketing at Bozita, I played a pivotal role in driving our premium pet food brand across Nordic and European markets. I specialized in retail consumer engagement, where my team and I handled end-to-end responsibilities, from formulating strategies and conducting market analysis to delivering final products.

    I provided strategic oversight by crafting and implementing global marketing strategies aligned with business goals, effectively managing budgets and KPIs. I focused on communication, product portfolio management, and innovative packaging and recipe development to lead a brand evolution.

    As the owner of all marketing and communication assets, including the website, social media, and PR channels, I collaborated closely with stakeholders globally, particularly within sales, marketing, and category teams in European markets. This ensured that content remained up-to-date, relevant, and high-converting.

    I fostered collaboration by partnering with external agencies to maintain a consistent brand voice and worked closely with global stakeholders in sales and marketing to ensure sharp and effective content.

    In terms of leadership, I mentored and developed a team of Brand Managers, empowering them to excel in their roles. Additionally, I collaborated with the sales department to create compelling digital and in-store sales support materials.

    My efforts made a significant impact, contributing to a 20% boost in Bozita's European revenue in 2022-2023.

  • In my previous role, I extended beyond the typical digital specialist role. I collaborated with Marketing & Brand Managers, Sales, and external partners to elevate our pet food brands - Mjau, Doggy Professional, and Bozita - to unprecedented levels in the Nordic & European markets.

    I crafted a comprehensive digital roadmap, advised on optimal digital channels, and monitored KPIs to ensure alignment with goals. Additionally, I spearheaded strategic website overhauls, managed seamless web platform migrations, and played a key role in designing winning campaign strategies for SEO, digital advertising, and social media.

    I also analyzed and recommended efficient CRM & MRM systems and digital tools, optimizing operations and boosting productivity. As a leader in content development projects, I ensured consistent, high-quality output by coordinating with Brand Managers and digital agencies.

    My strategic, data-driven, and collaborative approach served as the link connecting all facets of digital marketing to our overarching company strategy, contributing to the overall success of our brands.

  • As the Corporate Marketing Manager at Stena Metall Group from August 2019 to March 2020, I functioned as a Sustainability & Recycling Marketing consultant, specializing in B2B.

    I oversaw both Strategic and Digital Marketing for Stena Metall's seven distinct companies, each with its unique market dynamics. In this role, I engineered comprehensive marketing plans that integrated strategic vision with tactical execution, specifically targeting B2B enterprises.

    My responsibilities included designing and executing inbound marketing strategies aimed at enhancing lead generation and customer engagement. I led global campaigns and digital transformations through HubSpot, emphasizing both strategic and tactical approaches.

    I utilized customer insights and analytics, conducted research and surveys to identify improvement areas. I also played a crucial role in SEO and content creation, implementing impactful iSEO processes.

    In terms of team leadership, I managed an in-house team focused on creative production and process efficiency.

    The key outcomes of my efforts included a 3% increase in CSI and a 7% rise in NPS for the year 2019 to 2020.

  • As the Marketing & Branding Management Partner at Senab AB from February 2018 to May 2019, I served as a Marketing consultant, specializing in B2B for Interior Design Solutions.

    I actively played a strategic role in Marketing & Branding, focusing on amplifying sales and driving digital transformation. My core expertise included aligning marketing with business goals, implementing CX and Marketing automation for digital transformation, crafting lead generation campaigns, and elevating brand image and value through meticulous planning and execution.

    I collaborated seamlessly with ad and communication agencies, ensuring user-centric web development to boost brand presence. My proficiency extended to CRM tools and market research.

    I took charge of end-to-end management for branding events aimed at captivating and converting audiences. I designed newsletters and social media (SoMe) strategies to nurture customer relationships. Additionally, I oversaw in-house and customer-facing magazine publications, serving as vital touch points for the brand.

    The results of my efforts were significant, contributing to MSEK 500 in sales through focused marketing and communication.

  • As the Sales & Marketing Manager at TextMinded AB from March 2015 to October 2017, I led strategic initiatives for MindLincs, a comprehensive SaaS portal serving as the gateway to all TextMinded services, driving both global sales and marketing.

    My strategic focus involved pioneering customer-centric digital strategies, rooted in data analytics, to facilitate personalized customer engagements. I oversaw a range of responsibilities, including marketing plans, digital 'go-to-market' campaigns, and content management.

    In terms of operational management, I efficiently handled budgets, contracts, and procurement processes, keeping a close eye on KPIs. I developed tailored plans for Key Accounts, addressing the unique needs of our client base, consisting solely of international companies in the technical and medical technology sectors.

    The financial impact of our integrated marketing and sales strategies was substantial. Within just one year (2015 to 2016), TextMinded experienced a staggering 65% growth in turnover, affirming the effectiveness of our approach.

  • As the CEO, Partner, and Global Marketing Director at House of Stengard AB, a venture in Translation, Localization, and SaaS within the B2B sector, I provided a comprehensive blend of traditional management and specialized skills.

    I initiated impactful campaigns that strengthened our market footprint within the space of digital marketing and branding. I took charge of business development and sales, and led global sales for MindLincs, our SaaS solution serving as a unified portal for all translation services.

    I optimized marcom budgets for maximum ROI, working for financial sustainability. In Team Management & HR, I fostered innovation and problem-solving within an in-house team of Project Managers, overseeing global recruitment and onboarding to cultivate a culture of excellence.

    Strategic Planning involved developing and executing roadmaps, media plans, and PR activities aligned with long-term goals. Formulating succinct social media and SEO strategies, I solidified our online presence in Digital Presence.

    Conducting targeted research within the technical and medical technology sectors, I actively contributed to Market Research. The bottom line showcased consistent growth, achieving a 30% annual increase in revenue and profitability from 2006 onwards.
